The placement: If, for any reason (other than death), an employee placed by us and for whom the client has paid the required fee, leaves the client's employ within one (1) year of their first day of employment, we will conduct all placement procedures to replace said employee at no additional cost.

The submission of at least one viable and qualified candidate within ten (10) business days after meeting the position manager and receipt of payment: If unsuccessful, the client may cancel the search and receive a full refund. A "viable and qualified candidate" is one whom the client is willing to bring in for a face-to-face interview.
