HOW (it works):

  • Individual and Three-way Coaching Sessions between the Coach, Manager and Diversity Hire
    • (2) One hour individual coaching sessions per month, one each with the Manager and Diversity Hire
    • Three-way coaching session with the Coach, Manager and Diversity Hire
  • Emails and Phone Calls as required by Diversity Hire and Manager
  • Assignments and readings between coaching sessions, per the topics coming forth in the coaching sessions
  • Duration: Between 6 to 12 months

WHEN:

  • Immediately upon being hired

WHERE:

  • Generally at the clients site
  • Or at a mutually agreed upon location
