- To enhance the likelihood of a successful hire

- To ensure a positive ROI on the diversity hire investment

HOW (it works):
- Individual and Three-way Coaching Sessions between the Coach, Manager and Diversity Hire
- (2) One hour individual coaching sessions per month, one each with the Manager and Diversity Hire
- Three-way coaching session with the Coach, Manager and Diversity Hire
- Emails and Phone Calls as required by Diversity Hire and Manager
- Assignments and readings between coaching sessions, per the topics coming forth in the coaching sessions
- Duration: Between 6 to 12 months
WHEN:
- Immediately upon being hired
WHERE:
- Generally at the clients site
- Or at a mutually agreed upon location
